Last night I was watching tv downstairs at my in-laws apartment and saw the strangest thing. A new M&M commercial that involved the green M&M eating little bits of chocolate. In my mind I translated that into a weird image. A human female trying to be sexy while eating many many pieces of human laying about the floor. Cause in a sense, thats what’s happening. Think about it, she’s made of chocolate and eating little bits of her fellow chocolate people spread out across the floor. I’m sure not many people think about it this way, but next time you are watching tv try to actually pay attention to what these advertisements are feeding to you. I’m sure its unknown to them what they are actually showing you, but sometimes I see oddities in the way they present things. Like in this case where I see an M&M eating her own kind while trying to appear sexy. Or maybe I’m wrong and they really do know what they are doing and are appealing to the inner cannibal in all of us from the recesses of our gene pool and ancient ancestors. Who knows?
